La confiloos est une découverte d’Emi et Lou. C’est notre Belgian Touch. Une confiture dans laquelle nous rajoutons une touche de spéculoos. Tout est naturel, sans additifs alimentaires, produit localement. Pour la petite histoire, le spéculoos que nous utilisons est de première qualité. Lorsqu’on le produit, il arrive qu’il se casse. Au lieu de le jeter, nous le récupérons d’un producteur belge connu. La confiloos, c’est l’idée que le plaisir, parfois, peut être mis en pot!
